Happy Thursday!! How’s everyone’s week going so far? My week has been very interesting. They weren’t lying when they said there really is the terrible twos. We have hit that phase and I’m ready to rip my hair out. Needless to say my daughter is giving me a run for my money. Any other stressed out parents out there, raise your hands🙋🏼!
Anyways, enough about my cranky toddler, I have been in the mood to bake and make amazing treats. I haven’t felt this way in awhile and I just want to make everything. So far my little one and I have made peanut butter cookies (they aren’t healthy, but they sure are delicious) and yogurt parfaits. Now I am searching for more delicious recipes to bake up or whip up, so if you have recommendations let me know!
This only took a few minutes to put together, so here we go:
- A clean cup or bowl (wine glasses are always festive)
- Danon Lite and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt ( any brand or flavor yogurt you like, this is just the one I prefer)
- Berries ( we used strawberries and blueberries)
- Any other toppings you’d like!
My daughter loves chocolate chips, so I added just a couple in hers
I did one layer of yogurt then added granola on top. Next I did another small layer of yogurt. After that I sliced up a few grapes and put them on top. Then you add another layer of yogurt with a layer of strawberries or whatever fruit you’d like. I also added extra granola to mine, then did another layer of yogurt. Finally I topped it with a handful of blueberries.
Once you have that all that’s left is to enjoy!
