Hello everyone! I have banana recipe for you all. I know I just posted a recipe not that long ago, but this one is too good not to share.
I love using bananas for making yummy treats so here is this new recipe.
You will need:
- 2 bananas
- Nutmeg (this ingredient can be optional)
- Greek yogurt (vanilla flavored otherwise if you have plain just add some vanilla flavoring)
- Oil ( I always use coconut oil but you can use olive oil as well)
Alright now that we have the ingredients take your 2 bananas and cut them up. Grab a frying pan and put your oil in the pan. I had my heat at medium so once your pan is warm add your bananas.
Let them cook on one side for about 2-3 minutes and add your cinnamon and sugar. Then flip them over and cook for 2-3 minutes again. Once they have been cooking on that side sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar.
Next you can do a couple of different things. You can have your yogurt in your bowl and then add the bananas or you can put the yogurt on top of the bananas. It’ll taste fantastic either way 🙂
All that’s left to do is sit back and enjoy!
